Bread Basket & Blankies
Level: Beginner and up
Looking for a quick and easy hostess gift? Something fun and unusual? This bread basket class is for you! Pattern will be provided by the instructor in class.
Please bring the following items to class:
- Sewing Machine
- Thread that blends with or compliments your fabric - all seams will be visible
- Rotary cutter
- Ruler
- Fabric pins
- Quilting Chalk or Fabric marker
- Fabric Requirements:
- Fabric A: 1/2 yard
- Fabric B: 1/2 yard
- Extra-firm fusible interfacing such as Pellon 70 Double-sided fusible: One 14” square
- Batting: One 14” square
Class Prep:
Please come to class with fabric pre-cut as follows:
- Fabric A:
- Two 14” Squares
- Four 1” WOF Strips (corner ties)
- Fabric B:
- Two 14” Squares
- Two 1.5” WOF Strips (binding)
- Interfacing:
- One 14” Square
- Batting
- One 14” Square
